The given bar graph illustrates changes in utilisation of bikes and car over a 5-year period between F and J.

Overall, while the number of people who drove cars fluctuated, people who commuted with bike increased throughout the period. Although cars utilisation for commuting starts with higher figure in the beginning of the period, it ended having the same level in the end.

In terms of the car usage, it started at 900 then hit a trough at 450. It bounced back gradually and reached a peek of 800 in I. In the following year, the figure experienced another decrease to 700.

By contrast, people who commuted by bike began at 400 in F then it decreased slighly to 350 in G. From that point onwards, the figure is gradually rose to during the period. Bike usage reached a peak of 700 in J, which had the same level with car.
