Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter regarding a Head chef vacancy at one of your restaurants in Mumbai, which has been published in ‘Times of India’. I am Gagandeep Kaur, we met two weeks ago during plan journey from London to Manchester, while I was reading a magazine related to cooking and this aroused curiosity in you and you asked me about my interests and I told you that I am working as Senior Chef at Delhi based restaurant named Hyatt, furthermore you asked me to contact you if I want to join your business in future.

Moreover, I can prepare variety of cuisines including international, continental, Chinese and many more. Also, I have an experience how to handle managerial work, I have did that quite often in my previous job which I left because I am moving to Mumbai. Apart from that, I can handle other chef under me and assist them to prepare mouth- watering cuisines.
