Dear Sir or Madam,

I’m writing in connection with the public transport issues.

During the last two weeks, buses arrive with delay for 10-20 minutes. In the morning, the situation is worse when people commute the most. I think it happened because of reducing the number of buses that serve in my living area.

As a result, I should leave my home earlier to get to my job in time. I was extremely dissapointed to find that now my commute to the office takes more than hour instead of 30 minutes like it was before the problem. All my neighbours have the same issues and they start to think about using their’s cars instead of unreliable public transport and I think it will be a problem for the city.

I wonder if you could provide any information about these issues and also let me know when they will be addressed?
