Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you to bring to your notice the issues being faced by the bus service in my area since the last two weeks. I am a resident of Berklin apartments, Houston, Texas.

I am a student pursuing my post graduation in mechanical engineering at James University in my town. My daily commute to college was by using your company’s bus services. Two weeks ago I came to know that the bus service route that I usually take was changed to a different route which does not touch my college’s location. I also have noticed my other classmates were facing the same issue in the transport because of the changes in the service routes of the Bus. There are no other alternatives to choose from your new bus service routes to reach mu university.

This is causing a huge burden on me due to my financial capabilites as I am still a student and I cannot afford for travelling on my own expense as I was using the student bus pass which I have applied as soon as I joined my college.

I would urge you to kindly take students like us into your consideration and provide a bus service with a route which can allow us to get down at our college.
