Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter in order to share the issue that has been encoutered within weeks.
First of all, the bus does not arrive on time; as you know there is a timetable for every station as you company added to the board. However, the time is not respected as we can spend more than 30 minutes waiting the bus to arrive, this leads to being late at work. Secondly, the automatic machine which scan the bus card sometimes does not work this which contribute to wait like 10 minutes before it can work again thi leads to miss sometimes meeting or rendezvous. Thirdly, the machine overcharge the fare the ticket which leads to quarrel with the bus conductor.
I would suggest that the company do daily checking like availing the automate tool that would help to make sure the driver arrive on time at work. Adding to that, the company should do daily maintainance in order to make sure the automatic machine work properly.
I am hoping with these suggestions the company will do better and provide a good customer service.
