I am one of the loyal customers of your esteemed bus corporation. I have been using your bus services, since grade school, and it has greatly aided me in commuting to various places around our city. I would say that your bus is the most comfortable public transporation that our community appreciates to have. However, I have experienced some issues with your bus service over the last two weeks. I hope you hear me out for the improvement of your product, and also for the benefit of all commuters.
First, there is the issue of unreliable bus schedule. In every bus stop, a time table is available to inform people about the estimated arrival time of the bus. I have used this for five years, and it has helped me plan out my day. However, these past few weeks, I would either miss the bus or wait for over thirty minutes for it to arrive. This has greatly affected my attendance in class, and my focus because there were days where I had to wake up early for an exam, and I could not rely on the time table anymore. I suggest that we have a tracker for each bus, and utilize Google maps to synchronize the bus arrival time. This would massively improve the reliability of the bus schedule.
Second, the buses that I took did not stop at some of the places included in the route. I had to walk for several blocks to arrive at my destination. I recommend that the drivers be well informed about the route that they are driving, since it is a huge inconvenience for commuters if their intended stop was not included.
