Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit to the airport. Kindly allow me to elaborate on this.

As I was travelling from Toronto to New Delhi on 10th October 2026 on flight AC175, the booking number is LHRY655X and my seat number is 35B(Economy).

Unfortunately, on my seat the arm rest is broken. However, I asked the flight team for assistance in changing my seat to any other available seats but the team member was unable to solve my issue.According to the team they did not have any spare seats on the flight.

Moreover, I would like to suggest some improvements: that if the team checks the seats and performs other inspections before boarding, these issues might be addressed. Additionally, if the flight had a couple of extra seats in case of problems that would be greatly appreciated.
