I am writing this letter to reiterate my willingness to accept the role of health officer at your headquarters in Abuja. On the 5th of November while on a flight heading to Lagos, where we sat next to each other and spoke about the growing need for more health practitioners in the food industry.

We spoke at length on the necessity of a health personnel at your main restaurant in Abuja. Consequently, by the end of the conversation we had both agreed that I would take over the said role.

Furthermore, as you know I am keenly interested in the role health officer as it matches my capacity; I believe with my 10 years experience in the health sector, I would enhance the health and safety standards across your restaurant chain.
