Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to remind of the meetup we had while travelling from Islamabad to Lahore last week. You spoke about your restaurant chain and asked me to contact you regarding a possible job for me.

I had been working in a renowned hotel as a manager for 4 years. I was quite happy with my job but meeting you sparks a dream to work in a more established company and explore more horizons. I am requesting you to look for me an administrative job.

According to me,I could be a suitable candidate for that post as I have previous experience and I was fortunate to attend internships in well known restaurants for a year.
