Overall, salaries increased steadily in all sectors during the given period. The banking, insurance, leasing, credit, and intermediary activities sector consistently had the highest wages, while the healthcare and social services sector remained the lowest-paid throughout the years.
In 2021, employees in the banking sector earned about 7,737 thousand soums per month, followed by the information and communication sector with around 5,197 thousand soums. The lowest salary was recorded in the healthcare and social services sector, at just over 2,087 thousand soums. Over time, the salary levels in all industries rose gradually.
By 2025, the average monthly wage in banking nearly doubled, reaching 16,829 thousand soums, while information and communication workers earned 14,986 thousand soums. The transport and storage sector ranked third, with salaries increasing from about 3,866 thousand to 9,382 thousand soums. In contrast, fields such as construction, education, and accommodation saw more moderate rises, reaching between 4,188 and 6,167 thousand soums.
Meanwhile, the overall national average rose consistently, growing from around 3,866 thousand soums in 2021 to 6,343 thousand soums in 2025.
