Dear Ms. Smith,

I am writing this letter to express my belief that Ms. Green should be recognized as the best employee, as she has effectively managed the finance department and met this month’s quota.

Ms. Green’s team was given several projects by our Sitel clients, with a very short amount of time to finish them. Most of the mangers, including myself, were under the impression that the projects would at least require two months to complete. We were pleasantly surprised that they beautifully accomplished everything in just a matter of 4 weeks.

Ms. Green has incredibly put in overtime and implemented strategic approaches that enabled her team to achieve something truly amazing in this field that no one has never seen before. Personally, I believe that these qualities are what the best employee should possess.

Additionally, I have spoken to the Sitel Leaders, who were very impressed by how smoothly the team handled this project. They even mentioned to offer us more projects in the following months, and also considering offering a partnership in the near future if the performance consistently meets their standards.
