Dear Scott,
I’m writing to express my sincere happiness for that you are going to stay with me. I wanted to write to you to explain your arrival so that there will be no confusion.
I have heard that your train arrival will be in the morning. Unfortunately, I cannot welcome you because I have important things that need my own presence and other work, so I will not be at home till the evening. I accept my apologize if this causes you feel extra.
To tackle things, you can find my home key under the trash bin that I keep in the corner of my garden. Leave your luggage in the living room if needed. Please feel free to relax and make yourself comfortable.
I’m really looking forward to seeing you and spending time together like we have done when we were kids. Thank you so much for your understanding.
