Dear Lucy,

I hope you are doing well. The reason for writing you to inform about rental contract duration, a small issue in appartment and the reason for the changing in my plan.

I had visit your appartment on monday with the broker. I really liked the interior and location of house. As i mentioned before i am going to take appartment for 6 months, but due to change in my study plan, i have to move Newyork within next 3 months. Due to that reason i would like to request you to change the rental agreement for 3 months rather than 6 months.

Another thing i want to bring in your knowledge, there is small issue in house, in lounge i notice a broken window which need to be replace. We can work on it, I already checked some good glass companies who can fix it before my shifting date or you can get it done by your own.

I will be glad with your positive response.
