Dear Mr. Mark,

I hope that this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to ask you for extending my accommodation for another six-month.

First of all, your apartment is an amazing place to stay in; therefore, I want to hire it for another six-month period. Your flat is a convenient place, which has helped me to focus in my work.

Secondly, I have to do more work in the city, and it needs more time; as a consequence, I hope that you could rent me the flat till next January. In addition, I want to visit tourist attractions after doing my work.

Lastly, although I really like your accommodation, there is only one dilemma, which is the bad internet service. I have called the customer services, but they could not solve the problem.
