Dear Tom

I hope you week is going well.

I am living in your amazing apartment more than 14 weeks and you know, all time I would like to live in old magnificent building in grow tourist area. So, I written for you because I would like to stay in the apartment after finished contract, if it is possible.

I remember that we had our conversation just about 6 months but now I got full part contract in my job. Honestly, it’s crucial a news for me and if you do not have some plans on your apartment, I will be so exiting live this.

By the way, in additionally. I found one little problem with open the window in living room. I suppose that inside the window damage some little thing. Please, tell me that I need to do, since I scared doing something along in historical building.
