Dear owner,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to tell you that I have living in your apartment after five months. My renting agreement is for six months. I would like to stay in your apartment six more months.

The reason for long living is because my job in this city is not finish yet. Also, I like your apartment. It is very quiet, net and clean and near to my office. The neighbors are so friendly and I living safe here.

The small problem in your apartment is water heater is not working these days. Please me new person it fixes soon, and I easily used it bathroom water.
