Overall, the digital way of obtaining news remained more popular in both countries. Around half of Australian obtained news from online method. While, literal way of reading news represented as least used method.
In Canada, 52% of individuals accessed news through online platform followed by the Tv source which was represented as sligtly lower 37%. Meanwhile, other three traditional method accounted for 2 to 7 percent.
However, in Australia Tv was the most viewed source of news with percentage of 42%. Although, Online way of obtaining news was represented slightly lower in Ausrtalia as compare to Canada. While, print source was accounted for 14% which was double in strength than Canada. Moreover, Radio and Not spacified source made almost same propotion.
In summary, digital way of listening news remained relatively more used than the old traditional way of reading news.
