The diagram illustrates conventional methods of producing glass containers. Overall, the process is rather complex, involving three main stages: production of glass products, checking the quality of the finished product, and distribution for delivery. The steps involve almost no human interaction and are done by heavy machines.
The process commences when the machine starts to bake ordinary glass at 105 degrees. This hot glass pours out into a mould; after that, it is pressed to complete the first step of forming the container. Once done, the container will have thick walls and will get into a second mould. At the end of the second step, it will get a suitable form. After all, the container is baked in the oven at 482 degrees and cooled in the fridge at 25 degrees for an hour.
