Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I want to discontinue my membership next month.

I am a platinum member, which, as I am sure you are aware, and I have been a regular customer at your club. I availed myself of the offer on your website and paidonline using credit card at the start of the year.

Since I join the club, I have seen a drastic change in my overall health. Out of all the activities I do, yoga and swimming have benefitted me a lot. The evening yoga sessions help me to relax when I have a very stressful day at work and swimming has improved my stamina such that now I am able to work for long hours without frequent breaks in between. Meditation sessions have always helped me to unwind myself from my hectic work schedule.

Unfortunately, I am unable to continue with my membership as I am returning to live in India. I wish I could continue your club at my place but I suppose you do not have your centre there. Kindly inform me if your branch is coming up in India in near future.
