Band 5+: For the rest of the period, the figure for candidates grew and reached 40%, and that for the UK also increased to 28%. During the same period, in the US, that level continued to rise to reach 12%, whereas in the Netherlands, this rate stayed the same at 49%.

Overall, it is readily apparent that, the price of bread increased to varying degrees almost in all types of bread, with the exception of Wholegrain, which was the most popular in the beginning and remained relatively stable across the period. The figure for other kind of bread started from the same price, and brown bread’s price reached to the highest in the end, followed by white bread, whereas rye bread’s figure was the lowest throughout.

In 2001, the price of 800grams of Wholegrain was 0.8, whereas the price of other types of bread’s was the same, at 0.6. The figure for Wholegrain increased dramatically and reached 1.8 in 2002, and declined to 1 in 2003, overtaken by brown and white bread’s cost, which reaching 1,6 and 1,1 respectively, whereas rye price stayed the same at 0.6. in 2003.

The rest of the period, the price of brown bread grew and saw its pick point at 1.6 in 2007, followed by white bread at 1.3, whereas the price of wholegrain recovered its beginning price in 2007, and price in rye bread increased for 0.1 compared to 2001.
