This letter has been written regarding a serious concern about milkshakes that I bought from your cafe on Sunday, January 24th.
My name is Jane, and I bought two chocolate-flavored milkshakes for my children in the afternoon at around 03:00 PM. After consuming the shakes, my kids started complaining of abdominal pain. I was concerned when they started vomiting at the same time. While reaching home, I noticed they were having diarrhea. On asking, they both complained about stomach cramps, which lasted throughout the night until the next day. I am afraid that there may have been some negligence in storing the milk, or some of the flavours were expired. I always prefer to buy shakes from your shop but this is the first time I have been distressed and disappointed with the service and product.
Food hygiene is extremely important especially in case of children. My humble request is to urgently investigate the matter by checking the freshness of ingredients and food handling procedures. Additionally, check the expiry dates before serving the items to the customers.
I would llike to get the full refund of my purchase. I look forward to your prompt reply.
