he bar graph depicts the proportion of educational staff by male and female, in various department of the university of Britain in year 2012.

Overall, the Males percentage dominate in business,engineering and science department while the female are higher in ration in the arts and education along with similar distribution of both genders in medicine.

At the first glance, it is clear that engineering department have highest percentage of males with just more than 80% and females with considerably low ratio of about 15%. Additionally, science and business departments are also male dominated with almost similar fraction of approximately 62% ,however the female percentage in these departments are also similar in ratio lies about 35%.

Conversly, medicne department shows equal amount of males and females that is around 45%. Art department has more females of round abput 55% and males lies just above 40%. Law department have more proportion of males than females with 60% and 40% respectively.
