Overall, the number of international graduates rose significantly throughout the given period. The two universities with the highest percentages of foreign graduates were Oxford and Cambridge, whereas the university of London had the largest increase among the reported institutes.
In the year 2000, Cambridge university had the highest percentage of international graduates at 15%, and Oxford university was a close second at around 13% followed by Cardiff at 10%, then came Bath, Bristol and London at approximately 7%, 6% and 5%, respectively.
Moving to 2015, Oxford and Cambridge were still the top of the bunch, however, Oxford dethroned Cambridge with one-quarter of their total graduates being international students, while Oxford finished at 23%. The university of London had a massive surge in the number of international graduates, finishing at 20%, followed by Cardiff and Bath at 14% and 13% respectively. meanwhile, the university of Bristol experienced the lowest increase in the number of foreign graduates, ending with just a 2% increment after 15 years.
