The map illustrates a blueprint of the current and future transformation of an industrial area in a town named Norbiton.
Overall, we can observe that the future development of the town is planned out to have a transformation from an industrial area into a residential area with day-to-day facilities included.
To begin with, the river flowing from west to the east side of the town, is divided by a road connecting the northmost housing property to the main circle. Towards the southeast of the plan, we see an addition of medical centre, school and a playground surrounded by houses which are currently factories. Additionally, in the southmost direction, a small junction is merging with the main junction with the main road connecting the town to this area.
Meanwhile, in the southwest direction, shops and three housing properties are planned to be developed along with a road connecting the main junction to the houses. Moreover, the north side of the plan which is currently taken over completely by farming is illustrated to be developed into a residential area with only northeast dedicated completely for farming.
