The given map illustrates the present blueprint of Norbiton industrial area while comparing it with the development that it will have in the future. The industrial area is planned to face some significant changes soon.
In planned map, the factory of the area are replaced by the housing. Many infrastructure like School , Medical centre , and playground are added in the planned blueprint as compared to present map . At present there is no infrastructure across the river , however, it expected to have housing in future .Roads are be expanded in planned future development .
The present map shows the industrial area’s blueprint which only consists of factory . There is farmland across the river and town at the west of the area. Norbiton industrial area has altogether eight factories and one ring like road connecting them. Overall, this area is complete industrial with minimum urban development , and is unsuitable for families to reside.
The planned map expects some significant changes .According to it, Norbiton industrial area will be changed into residency. There will be seven housing , one which will be located across the river .Important infrastructures are added in the planned map with two ring like road connecting them and a bridge across the river .
