The map illustrates the evolution of shopping mall so-called Southside, how it is present day and plans for future development.
Overall, the elimination of play area, park, golf course, eaturies such as cafe, cinema and fitness centre will have created space for the introduction of two shoe store, gift shop, cosmetic store, info and fashion centre. Additionally, the remaining areas- car park, supermarket and department store- will have stayed largery untouch with only minor changes.
Present day, the area can boast leisure amenities, with golf corce and park which located on the east of the map and play area on the top-left boundary. At the botttom of the map have rectangular car park. When enter into the building have several eateries and stores, the biggest is department store located under cinemas and opposite the cafe.
Planned development, Southside will have undergone significant markeovers. At the expense of removing leisure amenities on the east, the shopping mall will be enlarging. Therefore, in the building will have two enterance, first for shopping mall, second for department store. Into the mall will build a few new stores and shops, at the top of the mall for commerical facilities, while at the bottom will emerge a few fashion stores. The car park will became longest than now, resulting disapperarence of fitness centre.
