The plans demonstrates the layout of rooms in hone at the present time and planned remodelling. From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the house will undergo significant alterations, with certain features being replaced by other amenities and the spacial dimensions being modified accordingly.
The current arrangement of rooms details that adjoining study/bedroom on the left side will be doubled. In the interior layout of home the living room will be superseded by study/bedroom and undergo an expansion in spatial dimensions along with the smaller study/bedroom in the left corner.
Immediately upon entering, there is a large and open hall area and bathroom that will be reduced in size in the future. On the right side, the kitchen will be extended laterally to incorporate a social area whereas to the study/bedroom located in the bottom right corner will be abutted a ensuite bathroom.Outside the home, the upper garden will be remain unchanged, but the lower one will be removed to make for a parking area.
