Dear Mark,

I hope you’re doing well. I’ve got an amazing story to share with you. I recently participated in a competition in my office, and I was voted for the first prize in the entire office. I was surprised to know that it was a voucher for tickets for two to Hawaii.

I am thrilled to invite you to join me as we have been planning for an international trip for a long time. Moreover, it’s going to be in the month of March from 20th to 27th when you can apply for paid leave from your job as well.

Let me tell you the requirements, firstly, we need to send them our passport copies before the year end to rconfirm our tickets. After that we need to go to the mall for purchasing tropical outfits for both of us. Additionally, we need to meet at my place for making itinerary of the places to visit.
