The bar charts show the survey carried out from human resource department at a large company about features influenced their job performance. The survey was conducted on two groups of employees: the 18-30 ages group and the 45-60 ages group.

Overall, the workers in the 18-30 age’s group had been agreed that the chance of personal development was the highest factors affect their performance the most, while the second group of 45-60 ages employees, finance was the highest reason regarding to the best performance. However, both groups shared the same perspective on the team spirit and that work environment was the least feature. Despite that, their perspective were very fluctuation.

Firstly, the 18 to 30 age group had very fluctuating agreements and it can initially be seen around 90 people agreed that chance for personal development was the highest factor that influenced their work performance. While the relaxed working environment and promotion prospects were the second highest which 80 people had shared the same opinion, money was one of the top three factors that more than 70 people had been agreed. However, the job security, and the respect from colleagues had been almost the least factors that 40 people shared the same agreement, while work environment was the lowest number of people worried about.

Secondly, the second group of 30-45 ages about 70 employees thought that money was the most affective reason to drive their performance, whereas competent boss, promotion prospects, and job satisfaction shared the same amount agreement from around 50 workers. In the contrast, job security was the lowest factor. Moreover, there were still plenty reasons that influenced their profession performance such as related working environment, and respect from colleagues
