The given line graph illustrates the number of dengue fever cases in SomeLand over a 35-year period of time. The units are given in the number of infected Some Land citizens.
Overall, the number of incidences of dengue fever fluctuated from 0 to 500 sick people. From 1960 to 1965, the line graph representing the number of people getting diseased remained flat and didn’t exceed 100 infected citizens.
However, from 1965 up to 1975, the number of fever incidences began to rise steeply, up to 500, and the number of infected reached its peak in 1975. In the next five years, the graph remained at its highest point, and the number of cases did not fall below 500.
From 1980 onwards, the incidence of dengue fever began diminishing rapidly, and while there were some negligible fluctuations, in 1990 the epidemic finally finished reaching its lowest point of zero sick people.
