According to the sodium, dinner makes up 43 percent, whereas snacks and breakfast were equal. The lunch accounts for 29% which shows average proportion.
In terms of saturated fat, dinner constitutes the largest proportion which is 37%, while breakfast shows the lowest proportion, it is about 16%. The lunch accounted for 26 %. In contrast, snacks makes up 16% of saturated fat.
However, in terms of added sugar the biggest portion (42%) comes from snacks. Then, the smallest portion (16%) from breakfast. The dinner and lunch accounted for 23% and 19% of added sugar, respectively.
