Dear Kate,

I hope this letter finds in radiant health and best of spirits. Thank you so much for sending me the lovely photos of our holiday trip. It was really an unforgettable event that we spent together. The photos excellently covered the marvellous beauty of the seashore. I have selected some best photographs and send back to its copies.

After returning from your home, I have to complete some urgent works that I postponed at my office. I was busy with that job, meanwhile my mobile got damaged and I bought new one. Unfortunately, I lost all the contact numbers from it. This is the reason why I couldn’t contact you frequently.

Hope that no other engagements for you in the coming summer vacation. I am inviting you and your family to spend with me at least 10 days in a hill station near to my house. You already intended to visit this place in the last vacation. in addition to, this place is quite suitable for your story writing as it is very calm and tranquil nature.
