Dear Editor,

I am writing to request the publication of a rental advertisement in your newspaper. I have a small apartment with two bedrooms, one kitchen, one toilet and living room and it is also fully furnished. I am looking for small family to rent it.

My apartment is situated in Greenfield estate near city centre. The apartment is ideal for a couple with one or two childs. It’s rent is 850 pounds including gas and internet bills.

I would like to publish it on front page, as i believe i can get serious inquiries. Everyone can easily know about this on front page.

For the payment I can use both bank transfer and debit card. You can tell me which is better for your company.

I am looking forward to your confirmation.

Your sincerely

Shazal Farooq
