Dear Sheena,

My name is Akhila Vadnala. I am your tenant. I am leaving your house number at 8 Vanstand drives. I am writing this letter because I faced lots of difficulties in your house and I am requesting you to find out solutions for these problems.

The tap in the washroom and in the kitchen are leaking and the floor of washroom and kitchen is too slippery. Moreover, the washing machine also sometimes worked and sometimes it automatically switched off.

All these problems need immediate action. As floors are too slippery so, there are risks of slips and I did not wash my clothes from so many days and I need it in urgent. Additionally, it’s your responsibility to check all things working properly or not before renting it to tenants. i hope you understand my situation and try to solve it.
