Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to thank one of your employees, Ms. Suzy Jacob, who helped us when we faced a problem at the airport. My name is Albert George, my family and I were on vacation for the past couple weeks, and just returned from the location.

Last Tuesday, my family and I were coming back from our trip. Suddenly, my father, who is a heart patient, had an episode of cardiac arrest. Although he showed some symptoms earlier, we were not able to understand him while it occurred.

As it happened so quickly I got stumbled and couldn’t be much of a help, but on the other hand, Ms. Suzy was kind enough to act according to her quick-wit, and she performed CPR as a first-aid on my father,which helped him to retain his original composure to some extent.

My family and I are so grateful for her service, and we are highly indebted to her act of kindness. It would be very nice if you could propose her name as the model employee of this month.
