The New York City subway has the maximum lenght and lines whereas the Beiging Subway has the second most lengthy track and number of lines. In addition London tube and Tokyo Subway stands third and fourth extended tracks having eleven and thirteen lines. Moreover, Mexico city and Paris has the shortest metro subways twelve and sixteen tracks.
As far as annual journeys are concerned, people in Beijing spend the highest amount of 3.6 billions annually whereas people in the London tube spend the least upto 1.2 billions. People in Tokyo travelled too much and pays off 3.1 billions in the tickets. Consequently, London tube has the most expensive. After that New York city subway and Tokyo subway are the costly tickets. However, Mexico city metro and Beijing subway has the cheapest fares.
Overall, New York city and Beijing Subway has the most long tracks with maximum number of lines while Paris metro has the short tracks. Apparently, people in Beijing travel in the metro lines with cheapest fares whereas public in London spend the least on metro service due to expensive cost of ticket.
