Dear Sir/Madam

I’m reaching out to you to ask for your assistance. Two weeks ago when I was in Tokio I lost my luggage where I had some very important documents and also my gold watch which I had for 10 years already. Fortunately it covers my travel insurance, which I did from you assistance company.

It happened on the last day of the trip, as I was rushing to get all my belongings ready for leaving the hotel and occasionally I left one of my bags in the room. I didn’t notice it at first, because I had a lot in my hands .

I would like to request you that I want a claim for it . So in the future we being your regular customers by paying all premium and installments .

I will send you all my policies numbers or other things you need.
