Dear Lovepreet ,

I hope you are well. I am really thankful that you want me to become a partner in your business.

firstly, I believe opening a restaurant on main highway is good decision, because that is the only area in our town which is always busy. Also, there is not any single restaurant so the chance of competition is less.

Unfortunately, I am not ready to join you right now. As you know that I am the only in my family , who is working, so, I have lot of responsibilities. Moreover, last month I spent my money on sister’s weeding. So, at a time my condition is not good,I am felling very sad for refusing your proposal. If you need I here to give any succession.

Best of luck for that, I am sure you can get a sucess without me.
