Dear sir, Madam

My name is Elena Wong, I recently completed computer science online course from your college at Business school of management. I am writing to request the replacement of the certificate course.

I lost my certificate while travelling home thrught train. Unfortunately, my briefcase got exchanged with another passenger which contained a certificate and other important documents. Moreover, I have already reched out to train authorities about my situation but I didnt receive any response yet.

I urgently need certifiacte for my upcoming project with TS group incorporation which will be held next week and without certificate I may not be elegible to enroll myself.

I would be very gratefull if you could issue my scanned replacement certificate throught email at elena.wong@gmail.com and forward the original document at my postal code. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or need anything from my side.
