Dear Sir/madame,

I have my letter finds you well.

I writing my letter to complain about the poor internet connecion situation in El annasser- Bordj bou aririjed.

Through my discussion with the neighbors about the quality of the internet, we concluded that we suffer from a weak network, as if we move away from the location of the diesel modem, the internet will be cut off and you have to move back closer and try to connect a device to the internet again by writing your password.

Since our residential complex is inhabited by university professors, including my parents, they participate in many conferences and scientific events, but due to the poor quality of the internet, they choose the place closest to the network, even if it is not comfortable, just so that the network does not cut out. Yesterday, I also had an internet outage during my job interview from abroad due to the weather conditions (snow falling).

I think that you should do modifications or even strengthening of the internet infrastructure in our neighborhood.
