The chart below shows percentage of people living in Australia visited several cultural or leisure facilities in their spare time in 2010. The chart also shows native citizens of Australia and migrants from different countries.
Mostly, people who were born in Australia and new migrants from English-speaking countries prefer to go to the cinema (more than 60%). In contrast, the most unlikable place to visit among these groups of people is theatre (less than 30%).
While a zoo is preferred to be visited by less than 50% of people born in Australia and new migrants, the same cannot be said about such a place as library (Australia citizens – approximately 40% and new migrants – more than 40%).
In summary, the most likable place to visit both by people who were born in such a country as Australia and new migrants who came from different countries is cinema, the most unlikable one is theatre. People prefer to visit both zoo and library in their spare time in quite the same way.
