Overall, the population of 2003 were less in World, Africa and Asia, however it is predicted that in 2030, the same countries will increase, while Europe,South and North America will remain the same.
As can be presented in the graph, In 2003, the worldwide urban population was 48 percent, while Africa and Asia was considerably lower, with just below 40 percent for Africa and approximately 45% for Asia. However, compared to the global population and two continents, Europe, South and North America had an overwhelmingly higher proportion, nearly 70%, 75% and 80%.
In contrast to 2003, the prediction for 2030 have a higher population for World, Africa and Asia, around 60% and just around 50% for both countries. Meanwhile, Europe had a slight increase, approximately for 8 percent, and South America will have an upward tendency for 87%. While North America have an upward tendency for 5 percent.
