The diagram illustrates the stages involved in production of bread on an industrial scale. Overall, the process consists of three main stages – namely, grinding the wheat, processing the bread, and cooking – and involves six steps, beginning with cleaning raw wheat and ending with packaging bread.
In the initial stage, the raw wheat is cleaned using a washing machine, in order to, remove impurities. This step is followed by wheat grinding to make wheat flour. After that, a dough is prepared by using water, yeast and four, which is further used for making a bread.
In the next step, the flour dough made previously undergoes processing, where it gets its shape, a bread block. In the subsequent stages, the shaped bread dough is cooked in the oven until it rises, and comes out to be the soft bread. These stages are concluded with the packaging step, where the final baked product is packed and ready for sale in markets.
