The process diagram illustrates, the bread making in a factory for consumer consumption.
Overall, the whole process is described in six different stages, starting from washing of raw wheat and sequentially leading to packaging of oven cooked product. The steps also include wheat grinding, preparing dough, shaping bread and baking in oven.
In first step, raw wheat is thoroughly washed to get rid of all the impurities. This step is followed by wheat grinding to make wheat flour. After that, a dough is prepared by using water, yeast, and flour which is further used for making bread.
In the next step, the flour dough made previously undergoes processing, where it gets shaped into a bread block. In the subsequent stages, the shaped bread dough is cooked in the oven till it rise, and comes out to be soft bread. These stages finally conclude to the packaging step, where the final backed product is packed and ready for sale in markets.
