Dear Mr. Ronch

I hope you are doing well. I have been your tenant for the past year, and It has been an amazing experience living in this beautiful place. I am writing this letter to complain about a neighbour who recently moved into the apartment next door.

It is the rule of our apartment that there should be no loud music after 8 pm. Despite that, the neighbour always plays loud music late at night. Additionally, I have also heard some screams and loud singing from his room.

First off, I am a student and very ambitious regarding my study routine. For the past few days, my study schedule has been getting disturbed, and day by day it is becoming very exhausting to get a good night’s sleep. Furthermore, each day my stress level is increasing, which is unbalancing my emotional health. I requested him to stop playing loud music at night. He stopped for a few days, but eventually started playing the songs again.

I am requesting you to explain all the rules and regulations of our apartment to him once more and give him a last warning. I am sure he will understand your warning and never repeat his mistake again.
