Dear Mir,

I do beleive you are well.First of all, I would like to apologize to you since I will not be able to visit you in Canada next week because of some important event. I know this condition will do upset you.Nevertheless, my parents are going to celebrate their anniversary next week. As you know I should prepare all things. Again, I planned my weekly routine for next week.Unfortunately, my parents desire to celebrate this party next week. Then I have got to change my schedule which I planned.

I really want to go to Canada and organize meeting with you.Especially, we should spend our one day together. Indeed, it will not be remedy to our situation. However, I have already planned new schedule for next week.These are the following.

Firstly, I go to Canada after anniversary so I am going to visit to your home the 20th of March.It is apparent. Moreover, I will stay at home a week and we will enjoy. In addition, I have shocking surprises to you.

I hope you accept my sincerely apologies but we can resolve this issue. Write back.
