Hi Carl!

I hope you are doing well. The reason why I am addressing you is that I should say you why I can’t visit to Canada at the agreed upon time and I want to explain the reason of this.

You know my dad works as a internatsional agent, and so he often go several countries for a few days to meet and work with other agents. Hence, He is going to America next week. However, this time my father will stay in America for 2 months, because he says that many agents who are famous are going to America as well as this meeting will take too long time. Thereby, I have to say goodbye and be with him until he will go.

I know, I have to be in Canada on Saturday. Nevertheless, I hope you got why I can’t be in Canada at that time. I apologise for this situation.

I can promise you that after my dad will have gone to America, I will be next to you in three days. My dad will leave country on Thursday and next Saturday I will visit to Canda.
