How are you?I hope you are very well and I am nice.I know you must be looking forward to my visit to your place,however an important event at my home now.Which is why I must change the dates of the visit.

The situation had caused me inconvinience as I am unable to performe any transactions or acsess my funds.Therefore,I kindly request you to issue a new plastic card for my account at your earliest convenience.

To facilatite the process Ism enclosing the necessary documents for your reference,including a copy of my identification and any other required forms.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to recieving my new card soon.Please let me know if you could any additional information is required from my side.
