The table provides information about average monthly highest and lowest temperature records during six months in London and Manchester. Overall, it is noticeable that the two cities experience a significant drop in temperature in the month of July to December.
Among last six months of the year, London and Manchester have highest temperatures in July and August, lowest in December. In those months the average highest and lowest temperatures remain constant except the lowest in Manchester which drops by one degree. From the month of August to December the dropping pattern in temperature in both cities seems similar, three degree from August to September in highest and two degree in lowest average temperature. The decreasing of temperature continue till the month of December and reach of the lowest of the year.
However, from the table it can be seen that Manchester is slightly more closer than London due to the lowest temperature records is 4 degree in that city.
