Band 6+: Recently travelled by train on a business trip. When you got off, you left some luggage on the train by mistake. I hope this message finds you well. I am one of your passengers and am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing recently. I was travelling from Kolkata to Delhi by Rajdhani express on last Sunday, and when I arrived Delhi station, I realized that I had left my suitcase on the train by mistake, because I was in a hurry due to the delayed train.

It was a black colored trolly bag that I left under my seat. Moreover, the luggage contains all of my clothes and some crucial documents like my joining letter and some photocopies of my degree certificates, which are essential for my joining.

I would appreciate it if you could raise a complaint ticket for my belonging and try to contact the local railway authority to find out the bag. Furthermore, being a reputed railway service provider, I hope you will try to send the suitcase to my registered address if it is founded.
